La empresa Ricoh, especializada en equipos de impresión de oficina y servicios de TI, señala que los líderes deben comprender los diferentes perfiles de empelados que conviven en las organizaciones y trabajar en colaboración para satisfacer las necesidades del mundo laboral actual.
En ese sentido identificó cinco tipos de colaboradores que trabajando juntos podrían hacer una gran diferencia positiva en tu empresa.
1.- Los Millennials. Son los mayores conocedores de los medios tecnológicos y sociales, tienen habilidades que ninguna otra generación ha tenido, como la adopción temprana de tecnologías y el fácil dominio de idiomas.
El 87% de los Millennials han sido elevados a puestos de toma de decisiones en los últimos cinco años especialmente porque creen que sus ideas pueden cambiar fundamentalmente la manera de hacer las cosas y no tienen miedo a innovardía a día.
Los buenos líderes deben reconocer que este grupo es un tesoro creativo a la espera de ser aprovechadopara ayudar a conectarse con sus clientes.
2.- Los trabajadores móviles. Laboran desde distintas ubicaciones con múltiples aplicaciones y dispositivos, en este caso se les deben dar tareas específicas y juzgar su desempeño por objetivos.
Aunque es importante asegurarse de que cuentan con las herramientas correctaspara poder entregar los resultados esperados.
3.- Los emprendedores. Proporcionan un valor sorprendente o inesperado a sus empresas ya que atraen nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Este perfil se caracteriza por no tener miedo a correr riesgos y cambiar las cosas dentro de una organización, debes motivarles y promoverles para que sus ideas puedan prosperar, de lo contrario te arriesgas a perderlos por empresas más ágiles.
4.- Analistas de Datos. Aunque pueden ser introvertidos se trata de profesionales clave ya que gestionan cifras, estadísticas y datos esenciales para cualquier tipo de proyecto o tarea.
Estos colaboradores defienden las cifras de la empresa para tomar decisiones más inteligentes y apropiadas en términos de gastos, tecnología y estrategia.
5.- Los veteranos. Los empleados que han estado en la compañía el tiempo suficiente para recordar los días antes de la llegada de las computadoras, entienden que el trabajo es trabajo y no necesariamente un lugar para dedicarse a desarrollar sus intereses y gustos personales.
En algunos casos, pueden sentirse confundidos o estar desinteresados frente las nuevas tecnologías, por lo que vale la pena que les brindes herramientas para adaptarse al nuevo entorno aprovechando toda su experiencia.
