Durante el año pasado la Secretaría de Economía aplicó recursos por el orden de los 430 millones de pesos con la intención de impulsar las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas de Michoacán; ya que buscaban plan emergentes para la reactivación económica del estado.
Estos recursos se enfocaron principalmente en el Programa Nacional de Financiamiento al Microempresario (PRONAFIM), pues la dependencia aseguró que se autorizaron recursos por 34.5 millones de pesos en beneficio de 11 mil 500 mujeres, pertenecientes a 66 municipios donde no existe suficiente financiamiento local.
“Para conocer los requisitos específicos se puede ingresar a la página oficial www.pronafim.gob.mx y entrar al apartado “Criterios de selección y de elegibilidad de los SUJETOS DE APOYO”
Este plan consistió en otorgar créditos flexibles como estímulo para MiPyMEs de todos los sectores productivos afectados por la inseguridad y la economía de la entidad, además se informó que apoyaron a 50 empresas para la certificación de la norma ISO 9000.
PRONAFIM
Es un programa federal creado desde 2001 con el fin de instituir una política pública de fomento a las microfinanzas en México, tanto en poblaciones urbanas como rurales.
Para incorporarse a esta institución es necesario que las microempresas se encuentren legalmente constituidas, con un año en operación y que cuenten con capacidad financiera, operativa y de sistemas. Para conocer los requisitos específicos se puede ingresar a la página oficial www.pronafim.gob.mx y entrar al apartado “Criterios de selección y de elegibilidad de los SUJETOS DE APOYO” de las reglas de operación vigentes.
Los apoyos que otorga el PRONAFIM son los siguientes:
- Líneas de crédito: simple, resolvente y estratégico simple.
- Apoyos no crediticios:
- Para la institución: capacitación y asesoría, asistencias técnicas, sucursales, extensiones y agencias de unidad móvil; pago de promotores de crédito, adquisición de software y/o hardware, innovación e infraestructura.
- Para la población objetivo: capacitación a la población, incubadoras de microempresas, comercialización, educación financiera y para el desarrollo.
En el sitio oficial de esta institución se detalla los pasos para conocer si la microempresa es candidata para acreditarse, basta con llenar un formato para una evaluación paramétrica; si estos resultan positivos, se envía el formato a aguzman@sepronafim.gob.mx y posteriormente se indicará los documentos que se deberán preparar para realizar la solicitud.
En caso de salir negativo, se deberá contactar por correo electrónico a saraymundo@sepronafim.gob.mx y recibirá asesoría especializada para llegar a ser un candidato.
