Objetivo
El Programa Nacional de Franquicias (PNF) está dirigido a emprendedores y empresarios que desean iniciar un nuevo negocio. Reconocen que no cuentan con la experiencia en el ramo, están dispuestos para que una empresa franquiciante los guíe en su negocio y tienen capital disponible para invertir.
Asimismo, está dirigido a empresarios exitosos que tienen al menos 2 años de antigüedad en el negocio, operan 2 o más establecimientos propios con excelentes resultados, están dispuestos a compartir su fórmula de éxito y decididos a multiplicar su número de establecimientos, vía el modelo de franquicia.

Para quienes desean adquirir una franquicia
Los objetivos de este programa son apoyar la generación de nuevas empresas Franquiciantes, facilitar la posibilidad de que más emprendedores adquieran una franquicia y apoyar la modernización, promoción y consolidación de los modelos de franquicias existentes.
Descripción
Si eres un emprendedor o empresario y deseas iniciar un negocio propio, tienes capital disponible y buscas reducir tu posibilidad de riesgo, adquirir una franquicia puede ser una opción.
El Programa Nacional de Franquicias te apoya a través de la vertiente de Transferencia de Modelo, con un préstamo a 36 meses, tasa cero, para cubrir el 50 por ciento el costo de canon de franquicia o cuota inicial de franquicia, con un máximo de 250 mil pesos.
Este apoyo lo devolverás al organismo intermedio pagando el primer año el 20 por ciento, el segundo año el 40 por ciento, y el restante 40 por ciento el tercer año.
Solo deberás elegir del Catálogo de Empresas Franquiciantes acreditadas ante la Secretaría de Economía, la franquicia que más se adecúe a tus posibilidades. Si te interesa una franquicia que no esté acreditada, pídele que se acredite y que nos contacte para que te haga extensivo este apoyo que otorga el Gobierno Federal.
Requisitos
*Elegir una franquicia del catálogo de empresas Franquiciantes acreditadas.
*Carta de Aceptación del franquiciante dirigida al Organismo Intermedio.
*Carta Declaratoria del nuevo franquiciatario bajo protesta de decir verdad de no haber recibido recursos federales para este mismo fin durante este ejercicio fiscal (firmada).
*Reporte de Buró de Crédito del nuevo franquiciatario como persona moral (razón social y representante legal) o persona física.
*Acta constitutiva (en caso de ser persona moral).
*Poderes del representante legal (en caso de ser persona moral).
*RFC como persona física o persona moral o CURP.
*Identificación oficial.
Para quienes quieren convertir su negocio en franquicia
Si deseas convertir tu negocio exitoso en franquicia, operas dos o más establecimientos, estás dispuesto a compartir tu fórmula de éxito y estás decidido a multiplicar tu número de establecimientos, el Programa Nacional de Franquicias te puede apoyar a través de la vertiente de Desarrollo de Nuevas Franquicias, con un préstamo a 36 meses, tasa cero, para cubrir el 50 por ciento del costo de la consultoría especializada en franquicias sin rebasar los 250 mil pesos.
Las primeras 18 mensualidades pagarás al consultor acreditado el 50 por ciento del costo total del desarrollo de franquicia. Asimismo, devolverás al Organismo Intermedio el apoyo otorgado a partir de la mensualidad 19 a la 36.
Podrás realizar pagos anticipados sin cargo alguno, siempre y cuando sean equivalentes al menos a una mensualidad completa.

*Entregar la propuesta por un consultor acreditado en el PNF.
*Contar con 2 años de experiencia y al menos una sucursal adicional a la matriz.
*Entregar copia del Reporte de Buró de Crédito reciente del representante legal o persona física.
*Ficha de descripción de tu negocio.
Documentación soporte como persona física o persona moral:
*RFC
*Acta constitutiva
*Poderes
*Comprobante de domicilio
*Identificación oficial del representante legal o persona física
*Carta declaratoria firmada en la cual externes que no has recibido apoyo por parte de la Secretaría de Economía para el desarrollo de nuevas franquicias
Recuerda que son recursos destinados al pago a despachos especializados en la asesoría en el desarrollo de nuevas franquicias.

Si eres consultor y deseas acreditarte en el Programa Nacional de Franquicias deberás de cubrir estos requisitos:
Demostrar experiencia de al menos 3 años en el desarrollo de nuevas franquicias
Quince desarrollos realizados con al menos 3 puntos de venta
Cartas de recomendación de los de 15 desarrollos realizados
Llenar la Ficha técnica
Presentación del despacho con:
*Antecedentes
*Antigüedad
*Currículo del director general
*Domicilio
*Infraestructura
*Red de sucursales
*Servicios que presta
*Alcances
*Metodología
*Descripción de entregables
*Número de desarrollos realizados
*Cotización tipo
*Cédula Profesional del Director General
*Cartera de clientes y prospectos
