Facilitar el control y manejo de la información fiscal es una de las ventajas que la facturación electrónica ha llevado a las empresas. La autoridad puso en marcha distintos esquemas con la intención de que cada persona física o moral eligiera el mejor de acuerdo a sus necesidades, no obstante quienes deseen migrar hoy deben acudir a un PAC que entrega un timbrado electrónico, término que a continuación te explicamos.
Para lograr un mejor registro en el proceso de emisión y recepción de comprobantes fiscales, a partir de este enero se volvió obligatorio el uso de facturación electrónica para contribuyentes con ingresos mayores a 4 millones de pesos, aunque muchos que no llegan a esa cantidad decidieron adoptar el esquema, otros más deberán hacerlo al ver agotados sus recibos, y ahora deberán solicitar los servicios de un PAC.
Un Proveedor Autorizado de Certificación (PAC) es la figura que otorga, bajo permiso del SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria), un “Timbre”. La tarea principal de este proveedor es hacer llegar de forma directa al SAT, la información de todos los comprobantes fiscales emitidos, de forma que los emisores de Factura Electrónica no tienen que preocuparse por hacer reportes de sus movimientos mensuales ya que cada movimiento es “Reportado” en el instante de timbrado.
Cuando un contribuyente utiliza este sistema de facturación debe enviar al PAC su información por medio de un estándar para el intercambio de información estructurada entre diferentes plataformas llamado XML, una vez validado le integrará el timbre que brinda autenticidad a la Factura Electrónica.
Lo anterior quiere decir que un PAC debe realizar los siguientes pasos:
– Validar el CFD (XML).
– Validar la vigencia del sello digital (Del Emisor).
– Integrar un timbrado.
– Regresar al Contribuyente el Timbrado.
– Enviar en línea al SAT todas las facturas timbradas.
Al respecto de este esquema la empresa Tralix advierte, “se debe prever un margen de tiempo para tomar las medidas necesarias para el proceso de transición y evitar con esto que se generen contratiempos en la operación”.
Ejecutivos de la compañía coincidieron en que la implementación y uso de la factura electrónica no sólo implica un cambio tecnológico, sino la incursión a un nuevo concepto en la forma en que se llevan a cabo las actividades comerciales y de prestación de servicios. Lo anterior sin mencionar que cada nuevo usuario, sea empresa o persona física, tiene que pasar por su proceso de adaptación a la forma en que se genera el intercambio de información por medios electrónicos.
Por lo anterior Tralix asegura que el mercado requiere de implementaciones tecnológicas que agilicen los procesos de facturación, y por consecuencia se optimice el ciclo comercial con soluciones integrales, por lo que la empresa mexicana desarrolló un formato dispositivo o “Appliance” conocido como XSA, que genera a través de la emisión, recepción, validación, timbrado y almacenamiento de manera eficiente, segura y efectiva los CFDI.
La principal característica de su sistema es el ser una aplicación “in house” que garantiza la seguridad de la información mientras se alcanza un mejor control sobre la situación fiscal de las empresas.
“La industria se mueve cada vez más hacia una automatización de los procesos y a la simplificación de los canales de comunicación, además del intercambio y almacenamiento de información. La factura electrónica permite un mejor control y también mayor seguridad en las transacciones, donde las soluciones para el mercado ayudarán al incremento en la productividad”, concluye Tralix.

Emilio, de acuerdo a Edgardo Martínez, director Comercial de Aspel de México, los folios y los timbres son cosas separadas, los folios son el permiso que da la autoridad como anterioridad se hacía con los impresosres autorizdos el folio , es decir la cantidad de facturas… Los timbres son generados por los pac, es un proceso que avala la certidficcación de las factura electrónica… Sobre los Pacs, existen diversas opciones en el mercado, más allá de los pacs, otros reciben las facturas electrónicas y las timbran, si deberás contratar la opción que mejor te acomode, en la página del SAT existen muchas ofertas.. saludos

Buenas tardes me podrían ayudar tengo una duda, elabore una factura pero no la envié por correo ni la imprimí,
el día de hoy la quise enviar y me indica que no esta timbrada, que no se supone que al elaborar tu factura y se le asigna un folio ya esta timbrada.
