En México existen 4.8 millones de empresas tradicionales y sólo 1.3 millones de ellas operan con regularidad; situación que limita el progreso de la microindustria y frecuentemente determina el cierre prematuro de negocios como panaderías, farmacias, tortillerías, misceláneas, etc.

• Pensar que la formalidad es más cara.- En contra de lo que mucha gente piensa, diversas investigaciones realizadas por el gobierno y organismos empresariales, han comprobado que mantenerse en la informalidad resulta más costoso para los micronegocios, ya que generalmente el pago de sobornos es más frecuente y debe hacerse a varias personas, además, operar fuera de la ley brinda a las empresas una débil posición negociadora ante sus clientes y proveedores.
• Programas de regularización insuficientes. Desde hace unos años, los gobiernos estatales y federal han puesto en marcha diferentes estrategias para simplificar la apertura de negocios tradicionales, e incluso han logrado que los trámites y el tiempo de atención se reduzcan considerablemente, sin embargo, todavía hace falta que implementen una efectiva campaña de difusión sobre los beneficios que brinda a las MiPyMEs el operar con regularidad.
Ante dichos inconvenientes, pepeytono.com ofrece tres razones para que los microempresarios decidan regularizar sus negocios.
– Obtener más ganancias.- A un negocio formal es más fácil que los proveedores le ofrezcan mejores condiciones de compra.
Esto le permite fijar precios más elevados al público e incrementar el porcentaje de sus ganancias.
– Reducir costos.- Cumplir con los trámites que marca la ley podrá fin automáticamente a las “mordidas” y los pagos excesivos por otros productos y servicios.
– Acceso a programas que impulsan el crecimiento de las empresas.- En aras de impulsar al sector económico, gobiernos e instituciones privadas diseñan y ponen en marcha estrategias de capacitación, financiamiento y asesoría, dirigidos a negocios formalmente establecidos, ayudándolos a profesionalizar sus actividades, aumentar su competitividad y estimular su crecimiento.
¿Qué hacer para regularizar una MiPyME?
Una forma sencilla de regularizar negocios tradicionales como papelerías, tiendas de abarrotes, cibercafés, recauderías, fondas, cerrajerías, entre otros, es mediante el Sistema de Apertura Rápida (SARE) que permite abrir o formalizar una microempresa de bajo riesgo en menos de 72 horas y cumpliendo un mínimo de trámites federales:
– Para personas físicas: El Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC).
– Personas morales: El RFC y el Permiso de Constitución.
El único problema del SARE es que su éxito depende en gran parte de que se implemente en los diferentes Municipios y estados, pues cada uno de ellos establece sus propias regulaciones y trámites.
